A training company produces and updates study materials for tuition. Students should be able to generate their specific and up-to-date templates

Solution

Designed a workflow and interface to manage templates and client-specific parameters. Developed a private add-on for students to produce a set of templates. Both data and code are centralized to make them manageable. The system supports Google documents, sheets, and slides templates and is ready to add new templates without a need to code.
