After implementing the webform, with great teamwork with the client, we re-designed the internal procedures involved in the chain from customer requests to delivering a result for the client.
Digital transformation was prioritized according to expected results and influence to speeding up the current processes. All internal staff and partners were involved as users and beneficiaries of digitalization.
As a result, the average order fulfillment speed increased from 10 days to 4 days. The process became manageable and measurable.
